BT Global Services – marketing transformation In 2006, I provided a wide range of internal communications support for a Marketing transformation project at BT Global Services. The project involved the creation of a new shared services Marketing organisation for more than 700 staff worldwide. I provided full-time communications support for the project’s leadership for several months, and worked closely with BT’s internal communications and HR teams throughout the project.
Deliverables included scripts and leadership presentations, email and survey content, intranet content and briefing packs.
Promethean – process redesign communications
In 2008, I provided internal communications services for a process redesign project at Promethean as part of a taskforce including Promethean staff and consultants from CapitalM. I was responsible for redesigning and rewriting the process document templates used to drive a new PLM process, producing a range of internal comms materials used to launch the process, and providing general communications support throughout the project. Deliverables included project presentations posters, intranet content and video scripts.
