		USB direct marketing piece I provided messaging, writing and editing services for a BT Professional Services direct marketing piece. It combined video interviews with pdf collateral, was presented through a highly branded Flash interface and delivered via a branded USB stick. I worked with an extended team that included CapitalM and Brahm.
		Video scripting I provided scripting services for an inspirational BT video aimed at internal and external audiences. “BT Together” featured in a global roadshow led by the CEO of BTGS, as well as on various BT websites. I worked as part of an extended team that included CapitalM and Park Avenue.
		Internal sales videos I worked on many internal-only videos for BT Global Services. Two separate projects used video to increase engagement between sales and professional services teams, and between account teams and BT’s global sourcing partners. I handled messaging and scripting for all video content.
		Multimedia training tools I scripted videos and designed flash-based training courses for a company-wide process transformation at Promethean. The company completely rebuilt its product management processes: securing buy-in and training the workforce required simple, effective training and promotional materials that could be delivered via the intranet. I storyboarded and created content for a training course that was developed in Flash; built a Moodle training environment; and scripted a number of supporting executive videos.
